The terms of using the shop.
These terms set out the rules for using liminoid.in, placing an order with us, and our obligations to you in return. Please read them — they're shorter than they look, and they're written to be readable.
1. Who we are
liminoid.in is operated by Liminoid Enterprises, a registered proprietorship based at ED-51, Ring Road, Scheme No. 94, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016, India. GSTIN 23DZHPS3662H1Z4. The proprietor is Savita Sharma.
By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't, that's okay — please don't use the site.
2. Your account
You can browse and even check out as a guest. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for any orders placed through it. Tell us right away at hello@liminoid.in if you think someone else has used your account.
We may close accounts that we believe are being misused (fraud, abusive behaviour, repeated returns abuse).
3. Orders, prices & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the applicable GST. Shipping and any discount are shown clearly at checkout.
- An order is a request to buy; it's accepted only once we send a confirmation email with a GST tax invoice.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. Any captured payment is refunded in full to the original method.
- We accept UPI, cards (via Razorpay), and cash on delivery on eligible PIN codes.
- A proper GST tax invoice ships with every order and is also available in your account.
4. Shipping
We pack and ship from Indore. Most orders dispatch within 2–4 working days; courier delivery typically takes 3–8 days pan-India depending on PIN. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500; otherwise a flat ₹60 applies.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or incorrect address details entered by you.
5. Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective or visibly different from what you ordered, write to hello@liminoid.in within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 7 days. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (innerwear, opened consumables, customised products) — these are flagged on the product page.
Refunds land back on the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
6. Our content
All photographs, copy, illustrations and the Liminoid wordmark and logo are our intellectual property. You may not use them commercially without written permission. You're welcome to share product photos and reviews on social media with credit.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
